Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you have the right to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms outlined below.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are not accepted for hygiene items (e.g., socks, bottles, mouthguards).
- The return window starts from the date you receive the delivery or pick it up in your market.
How to Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through the same channel you used to place your order (email, messenger, etc.). We will provide:
- Full return instructions
- A pre‑paid return label (included in your original package)
- Shipping details for our warehouse
You may use any preferred courier service to send the return.
Please retain proof of shipment/tracking for your records.
Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for all eligible items.
- Use the pre‑paid label provided; no additional charges will apply.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
- Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
- Refunds are subject to return approval and product condition.
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns are free if you opt for an exchange.
- For refunds, return shipping is still covered by us — no cost to the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact the manager who handled your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue at no cost.
